Return Policy

At Plant Mutha Luvas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our plants and the service we provide to our customers. If you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns If you receive a damaged or defective plant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll provide you with a replacement or a refund. To be eligible for a return, your plant must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please include a photo of the plant when you contact us.

Refunds If you're not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the plant must be in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive your returned plant, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns for plants that have been cared for improperly or have died due to neglect. We're always here to provide advice and guidance on how to care for your plants, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
